Laurel County Sheriff John Root says deputies arrested two people after receiving a complaint at a motel. When deputies got to the motel, Charity Cohorn and Joseph Bowling locked the door to the motel room. Motel management let deputies into the room, where they found Suboxone, Neurontin and meth. Deputies said Bowling locked himself in the bathroom, where he hid meth in towels. Deputies charged Cohorn with possession of a controlled substance and Bowling with possession of meth and tampering with physical evidence, among others. Both were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
