The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says an arrest warrant led to drug charges. Deputies arrested Larry Dwayne Frederick on a parole violation and other warrants. During the arrest, deputies asked Frederick if he had any needles on him, and he said no. However, deputies found a needle and a substance believed to be meth. Frederick was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, among many others. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
