Laurel County Sheriff John Root says deputies were called out to Highway 490 where where a car had crashed into a home. When officers arrived they found 55-year-old Randy Cunagin, of East Bernstadt, had rammed his car into the side of his ex-girlfiend’s home. Police say the crash caused extensive damage to the house and also endangered the lives of the woman and another female who were inside at the time. Cunagin was arrested and charged with two counts of wanton endangerment and criminal mischief, among others. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
