Kentucky State Police say a man has been arrested in connection to a string of car break-ins in the Gray Community. Police charged 25-year-old Jacob Riley with theft by unlawful taking over $500. Riley was arrested by Knox County deputies on bench warrants. Police say he then admitted to breaking into a vehicle on Dec. 13 and stealing several items. Some of the stolen property has been found by deputies. Riley was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center. Kentucky State Police is still investigating the case.
