Laurel County Sheriff John Root deputies arrested a woman after she was screaming and yelling in a church. Deputies say 29-year-old Kendra Hurley of East Bernstadt burst into a church off KY 638 while services were going on yelling and screaming. Deputies say when they got to the church Hurley ran outside screaming and yelling she had just smoked meth, was very high and had not slept for three days. Hurley was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication-controlled substances. She was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
