The London Police Department says officers were called out on a complaint of a suspicious person on Southland Drive. When they arrived in the area a man, later identified as 23 year old Justin Seeley, was running. Officers called for Seeley to stop but he ignored them and went inside a residence. Police went to check on the residents, which turned out to be 21 year old Tristan Ward and 18 year old Caitlin Smith. During the check officers saw drugs and paraphernalia in plain view, including jars of marijuana, marijuana cigarettes, vials of cannabis oil, a bundle of money, a plastic bag containing meth, multiple baggies, two sets of digital scales, a glass pipe, and a fully loaded AR-15 with multiple loaded magazines. A search warrant was obtained and during the search, 48 year old Scott Ward was found locked in a room. While searching the room, two sets of digital scales, a glass pipe, four baggies containing meth and a .25 semi-automatic handgun were found. All four were arrested and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
