The Whitley County Sheriff’s Office says deputies went to investigate a theft case when they arrested a man for endangering the welfare of a minor. Officers say while in Carl Sizemore’s home in Corbin they found a case containing meth and needles. All this in reach of children in the home. They also say they found a straight blade in the electrical service panel. Sizemore faces charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, theft of services and endangering the welfare of a minor. Social Services was contacted to remove the children from the home.
