The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says a man has been cited after a crash involving a school bus this week. Deputies say a pickup truck collided with a school bus. Deputies say there were twenty students and a driver on the bus. Fifteen of the children and the driver received non-life-threatening injuries during the crash and were transported to the Barbourville ARH. 19-year-old Ethan T. Mills, of Scalf, and a passenger in his truck were both injured and transported to Barbourville ARH. The passenger was later transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center with a major leg injury. Mills has been cited for reckless driving, no/expired registration plates, no/expired registration receipt, and no insurance.
