Kentucky State Police say a Pulaski County woman is behind bars after being found under the influence while leaving three of her four children home alone. Troopers were called out to Bourbon Road on a report of a woman passed out behind the wheel with a small child. Troopers found 33-year-old Roxanna Williams of Somerset in the vehicle under the influence of drugs and took her into custody. Police found one of her children walking around the vehicle alone. Troopers then went with social services to Williams’ home where they found her other children in poor conditions. One child, a four-year-old, was found with her ankles bound with zip ties and in poor health. Pulaski County Social Services took the children to the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital where they received treatment for their injuries. Williams was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
