A Clay County woman is facing charges after police said they found her driving under the influence. Kentucky State Police troopers say they saw Chasity Barger driving while her rear license plate was not lit up and pulled her over. Officers say she had extremely slurred speech and had a difficult time following simple tasks. Barger’s three-year-old son was in the back seat. After testing Barger, troopers determined she was under the influence of drugs. Barger was arrested and charged with DUI, endangering the welfare of a minor and several traffic violations. She was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
