Williamsburg Police say something was off when a mother took her children to the doctor’s office. Workers told police they noticed that 30 year old Tracy Llewellyn was high in the office. She had two elementary age kids with her. Officers say she had slurred speech and would nod off. Police say Llewellyn’s boyfriend, Keith Jones was high in a car outside the office. Officers did a K9 search of the vehicle and found oxycodone and other pills. Llewellyn claimed ownership of the pills. Police say she also had four warrants out on her and she tried to give them a fake name. Police believe Jones drove the four there, but he wasn’t driving at the time of the investigation so all they could charge him with was public intoxication. Llewellyn was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor and public intoxication.
