The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says a drug investigation led to four arrests. Deputies went to a game room off Adams Road after they received complaints about drug activity there. Deputies say, the four people arrested were 32 year old Joshua Towe of Williamsburg, 35 year old Sandra Kaye Coots of Woodbine, 33 year old Randy Allen Lester of Paris Karr Road and 39 year old Melissa L. Howard of Williamsburg. During the arrest, deputies say Towe was the only one found with what they believe to be meth. They say Coots, Lester, and Howard were all arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. Howard was found to have an outstanding bench warrant for her arrest. All four were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
