A third person has been indicted in connection to the murder of April Neikirk in Lincoln County back in June. Sheila Keith faces charges of facilitation to commit murder and evidence tampering. She was arrested and taken to the Lincoln County Detention Center. Back in May, Keith, a deputy jailer in Pulaski County at the time, was arrested after police say they found 10 grams of methamphetamine and a duty weapon in her car during a traffic stop. Otha G. Wesley is charged with murder and corpse abuse in connection to the Neikirk murder case. He was arrested in June. Also accused is Whitney Dean Soard, 31, of Pulaski County, who is charged with complicity to commit murder, tampering with physical evidence, and abuse of a corpse. Neikirk’s body was found in a remote area of Lincoln County on June 5. She had been reported missing in May.
