The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called out to County Farm Road where shots had allegedly been fired into an apartment. Officers determined six rounds were fired into the apartment from outside. The residents there woke up to find bullet holes in the wall. Investigators have determined that the weapon is a .380 caliber. The two residents were inside the apartment when the shots were fired but no injuries were reported.
