The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested a woman after she allegedly left her children unattended at home while driving under the influence. Deputies say neighbors called police after witnessing 36 year old Natasha Louise Henderson of Gray, drive away from her home on Brisco Drive, leaving her eight-year-old child alone in the yard around 3:00am. Upon further investigation a three-year-old child was also found inside the home. Deputies say while they were at the scene, they saw Henderson doing a burnout in a vehicle with a missing tire. Henderson was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving and disorderly conduct. She was taken to the Knox County Detention Center. The children were removed from the home by social services.
