The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says two people have been arrested on drug charges. Deputies say they saw the driver of a car smoking out of a glass pipe in the parking lot off Rocky Branch Road. 42-year-old Glenn Ray Kinder and 34-year-old Ashley Renee Bennett were taken into custody after a search tuned up a glass pipe with suspected meth residue and a snorting straw also containing suspected meth residue. Both are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. They were both lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
