Laurel County Sheriff John Root says deputies caught up to a man accused of rape that had been on the run since April of last year. The arrest was the result of an investigation where a missing teen was found in the home of 39 year old Teddy Lynn Fox of Keavy. Detectives developed information on Fox’s location. He was arrested off Slate Ridge Road, about 6 miles south of London. Fox was charged with first-degree rape after officials found the minor was incapable of consent. Fox was also charged with custodial interference and unlawful transaction with a minor. At the time the teen was taken to St. Joseph London for treatment and was later taken to U.K. hospital for an overdose. Fox was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
