The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office says their officers in cooperation with Brodhead Police developed information on the location of a reported stolen car taken from Greenville, Tennessee, and brought to London. Deputies saw the vehicle, a black 1997 Honda Accord, pull onto Ky 229 southbound recklessly and pulled it over. Deputies noticed the vehicle had been spray painted white – several cans of white spray paint bought from a local auto parts place were found in the back seat. During the investigation the driver, 33 year old Brandon Parsons of Tennessee, admitted using the spray paint in an attempt to disguise the vehicle. He was also under the influence and admitted he had used methamphetamine and hydrocodone. A passenger, 27 year old Heather Marie Rolf of South Carolina, was also under the influence and admitted using methamphetamine. Both were arrested and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
