Laurel County Sheriff John Root says deputies were called out to a motel off West Cumberland Gap Parkway near Corbin where a vehicle was reportedly crashing into another vehicle. Motel management told deputies a woman, later identified as 40 year old Candy Tuttle of Blue River, Kentucky had went outside, gotten into her Jeep and began crashing into a truck in the parking lot. Tuttle then went back inside the room. Deputies learned that she and her husband had been arguing. Candy Tuttle was charged with disorderly conduct – domestic violence. She was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
