The Corbin Police Department says a man arrested in connection to the murder of two women and an unborn child in Whitley County has now been tied to a fourth murder. Investigators say 37 year old Paul Brock was arrested Sunday evening for the murders of 74 year old Mary Jackson and her pregnant granddaughter 33 year old Tiffany Myers. Investigators found the body of Aaron Byers on Monday in a wooded area owned by Brock near a cemetery on Corinth Cemetery Road. They say Byers was married to Myers. Police say when they arrested Brock, he told them Byers was responsible for killing Jackson, Myers and Myers’ unborn child, but they did not believe him. Detectives say Brock shot and killed Byers before driving to Ellison St. and killing Jackson and Myers in their home. Myers’ brother was also at the home. He jumped out of a window and called for help. Detectives believe Brock went back to the cemetery on Sunday to try and hide Byers’ body, but they say in doing so, he got muddy, and that helped lead them to the cemetery. The investigation is continuing.
