Laurel County Sheriff John Root says deputies were called out to Greeting Card Road at an apartment complex where two boys were reportedly spray painting property including an apartment door and a dumpster. One of the boys also had allegedly thrown a rock through an apartment door. A description was given out to the deputies while they were enroute to the scene. When they got there they saw the suspects who attempted to flee on foot. Following a short foot chase, the two boys were taken into custody. During the investigation they learned the two had allegedly grabbed the back of a school bus earlier while kids were getting on and were trying to ride skateboards behind the bus. 18 year old Jonathon Sizemore of Lily charged with criminal mischief, fleeing or evading police, disorderly conduct, menacing, resisting arrest and criminal trespass. A 16-year-old male from Corbin was charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass. Sizemore was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
