Sheriff John Root is reporting that Laurel Sheriff’s Detective Stacy Anderkin executed an arrest warrant following an investigation on a Laurel County man on Tuesday (2-21-2012) at 9:50 A.M. charging him with allegedly subjecting an 11 year old female child with sexual contact until the child reached 13 years of age. Arrested was: Danny R. Sizemore age 55 of Chaney Ridge Road, London charged with: Rape 1^st Degree(victim under 12 rears of age), Rape 2^nd Degree, Sodomy 2^nd Degree, and Sexual Abuse 1^st Degree(victim under the age of 12); Accused is incarcerated at the Laurel County Detention Facility.

Chief Deputy Eddy Sizemore assisted in the investigation.
