The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says a woman recently reported the theft of her debit card. The investigation revealed the debit card had been used at several local locations and was also used to purchase a calling card for an inmate at the Clay County Detention Center. Deputies found that the call to the detention center to order the cards was made from the victim’s home. Investigators eventually determined the victim’s daughter, 42 year old Tina Tuttle, who was also living in the house had taken the card. She was arrested and charged with credit card fraud. She was also wanted on two Knox County warrants for theft and assault. Tuttle was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
