Police in Bell County say a woman was arrested after they found her passed out on a bicycle. Police were called to a gas station on West Cumberland Avenue where they found 43-year-old Angela Yates passed out on the bike in a seated position. Police woke Yates up and later determined she had three outstanding warrants and a criminal summons. During the arrest, police found a syringe containing a clear substance that they believe to be meth, eight empty syringes and other paraphernalia. When Yates was being processed at the Bell County Detention Center, officials found what they believe to be marijuana in a quart size bag, along with another syringe with liquid inside.
