After nearly five and half years, two of the four suspects in Jonathan Foley’s murder are now facing trial. The murder trial of John Mills and James Wyatt will begin on Tuesday, March 13. Jury selection will begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday. George Marcum already pleaded guilty in the case. He is expected to testify as part of his plea deal. Lonnie Sturdivant also faces charges in connection with the murder. The status of his case is still unclear. Police found Foley beat to death and hidden under leaves on November 6, 2012. Jonathan was found six days after he went missing and three days before his birthday.
