Kentucky State Police say a second juvenal is now in custody following a threat made this week at North Laurel Middle School. A 15-year-old is now in a juvenile detention center. This comes just days after a 14-year-old was accused of making the same threat at the school. That individual was also arrested. Troopers say both made the threats on social media, and both are charged with second-degree terroristic threatening, which is a felony. Kentucky State Police worked with Laurel County school authorities in the investigation.
