Laurel County Sheriff John Root says deputies were dispatched out to Pine Top road where a man was reportedly passed out behind the wheel in a business parking lot. Officers found the driver, later identified as 35 year old Kenneth Miller, who appeared to be passed out. After several commands for Miller to respond they got his attention. Miller reportedly admitted he had used meth, Xanax, and marijuana. He was arrested and charged with DUI, third offense, and driving on a DUI suspended license. Miller was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
